While its far from "Do or Die" time for the markets, I think if the market doesn’t move higher starting now, its probably got to consolidate for a longer period. Most charts still look very bullish, though.
The Russel 2000 for instance is sitting right on the uptrend line…if you want to buy, now is the time with a stop slightly below the line.
